We always encourage you to think carefully about your choices when designing your own bracelets and candles, and make sure to measure your wrist to ensure you pick the right size. However, we do offer a ‘re-make’ service for bracelets. If you order the wrong size, or your bracelet needs fixing due to wear and tear, we can rebuild it for you. There is a charge attached to the service and you must cover the cost of return postage, but people get very attached to their bracelets, so it gives you the peace of mind in knowing that it’s not lost if it does break.
