Return & Refund Policy

We hope you’ll love your Karma Feeling products, but if you are unhappy with them for any reason, you can contact us at Karmafeelinguk@gmail.com to discuss your options. As most of our products are made to order and are bespoke (you have the ability to design them yourselves), we cannot accept refunds on non-standard items. This does not include items which are faulty, they can be returned and an exchange provided, or a full refund where required.
When you return your items to us to be rebuilt, please ensure you enclose your name and address and the size it needs to be. There is an option to purchase a new sterling silver charm as part of the rebuild service, if required. Pack the items well and send it back to: Karma Feeling UK Ltd, 36 Thurstan Road Beverley HU17 8LP. Please note that this address differs from our registered address (Enterprise Centre).

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by tracked delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post.

If you are returning an item from outside of the United Kingdom, you must ensure that you follow the correct procedure according to your country, to ensure that correct codes are used, demonstrating that it is a return. If not marked correctly, customs charges may be applied when it arrives back in the UK. Karma Felling UK Ltd will never pay customs charges relating to a return from overseas, and in this circumstance, you will lose your item as it will not be released by customs.
