Should you damage your bracelet, we do offer a ‘re-build service’. You can send back all of the pieces to us and we'll re-make it for you. We will even replace up to 3 lost beads as part of this service, however if you lose more than 3 beads or the solid silver charm, you will need to purchase a new bracelet. The re-build service only covers bracelets, not other jewellery products in our range.
If you receieve your bracelet and it's the wrong size, you can pay the re-size charge and we will re-make it for you for the standard re-size charge - this applies to bracelets only and sizes available are our standard sizes.
Please ensure that you carefully read our delivery and returns policy before sending anything back to ensure you're covered. Please also ensure that you send items back to us using a postal option that covers you for the cost of the braclet should it get lost in the post as we will not be responsible for items that get lost or do not arrive back to us.
