This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to Karma Feeling products purchased through our website. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and Karma Feeling Ltd made under our terms and conditions of sale.
Karma Feeling deliver worldwide . If the address for delivery of your order is a UK mainland address then your item will be despatched within 2 business days where possible and will be posted by Royal Mail First Class signed for. If the address for delivery of your order is not a UK mainland address, then you will be able to select Worldwide Shipping.
Postage & packaging pricing
All of our bracelets require a signature when delivered. This protects the buyer and helps us to keep costs down. Items are securely sent in a padded envelope to ensure they are not damaged in transit, and are gift boxed.

Please note that if you are ordering from outside the UK, Karma Feeling Ltd are not responsible for any import charges you may have to pay for items delivered in your own country.
Receipt and signature
All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.
Additional deliveries and collection
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the postal service in your own country of origin should leave a card at your address with instructions on how you may collect your product. The instructions should include a time limit for collection and if you do not collect within the specified time frame, the product may be disposed of by your country's postal service. Should the item be returned to Karma Feeling Ltd (and we cannot guarantee that it will) then we will arrange to resend it to you provided you cover the cost of the additional postage charges. International returns due to non collection will not be collected by Karma Feeling as UK Customs charges make it cost prohibitive to do so and you will need to re-purchase the product.

International deliveries can take a couple of weeks. All our parcels are recorded so do contact us if you feel your item should be with you and hasn't arrived. We can see if delivery has been attempted but cannot give you details of where it is being held so you will need to contact your country's local postal depot (or Royal Mail if based in the UK) to arrange pick-up. Should you not have recieved a card (and please understand that this is out of our control and in the hands of your postal service), most depots will release the parcel with proof of ID. If your local postal operator is unable to deliver your products, and you do not collect your products within the time specified by your local postal provider, then your item may be returned to us. UK deliveries that are returned are done so free of charge and provided you are happy to pay postage for a re-attempt, we'll be happy to re-post your item to you. Unfortunately International deliveries which are returned to us are subject to a high customs surcharge and as such, we are unable to collect your item and re-post. Please always make sure that the delivery address on your paypal account is correct, it is your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct information in order to post your items to you. Other reasons that your delivery may fail are listed below:
You provided the wrong address for delivery.
There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided.
The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed.
There is not a person available at the address to accept delivery and provide a signature.
As Karma Feeling bracelets are mostly bespoke items made for the individual, we do not accept returns. We will however be happy to help if your item needs to be re-sized and we offer a re-make service for broken items. Postage for items being returned for re-sizing or re-making must be paid by the customer.
International returns for this service must be clearly marked as ‘RETURNS’ in order to avoid additional customs charges. The UK postal service recommends the CN22 customs form which must be affixed to the front of the returned parcel and marked as a ‘Return’. However, each country may have their own version of the form / process. If you are returning an item outside of the UK, please ensure that you speak to your chosen service provider to ensure that you’re following this procedure. Karma Feeling will not take responsibility for items returned that get lost in transit and will not pay customs charges if the procedure above is not followed which could result in you having to re-purchase your item.
